Note time and location. The group that got the meeting room at Burnhaven last month appear to have a recurring meeting on the same schedule as ours, and reserved it on the very first day possible (again). Thanks to Kirbe Strom for getting us the space at Normandale.
The agenda will include election of Associate Chair and Affirmative Action Officer, as announced at last meeting. It is very important we fill out our officers at this meeting, without any further postponements, so please make sure anyone interested in either position attends this meeting. Note that, due to gender balance rules, the Associate Chair must be female.
If anyone has other items for the agenda, please email me with them. I intend to send out another email with the agenda Monday night/Tuesday morning.
